Vendors, Animefest 2025

Animefest is the biggest Japanese culture and pop culture themed festival in Czech republic since 2004 and takes place from May 23-25, 2025 at the Brno Exhibition Centre. Our attendees have a wide range of interests from anime and manga, comics, films and TV shows, to games and cosplay.

With total attendance over 37,000 visitors (13,800 unique visitors) in 2024, Animefest is a great opportunity to sell your products. If you're interested, please contact us at catering@animefest.cz

Food stalls are primarily located outside, between halls A1 and E, and also inside. We will prepare seating with tables in the food area. Alcohol is strictly forbidden at Animefest. For drinks, it is mandatory to use recyclable cups (50 Kč deposit), provided by Animefest. Merchant has to provide list of alergens to visitors. We can't guarantee stand/truck exclusivity on products.

Conditions:

• an electrical and water outlet, subject to availability in the venue (price of connection based on Expo prices, see below), you have to indicate correct type in registration, change on the spot for additional charge
• parking inside the venue
• promo on social pages, leaflet map, interactive map in application
• price 1300 CZK/m² (52 €) without VAT, 1573 CZK/m² (63 €) including VAT
• 2 tickets included, additional 800 CZK (32 €) without VAT per person, 968 CZK (39 €) including VAT
